ABSTRACT
Strategic Planning in universities Information System is needed for a university education service
providers to identify the best target to make the planning process, manufacture, development and
implementation of management information systems and help to maximize the yield from investments in
information technology field. University Pancasakti Tegal is a college that is growing desperate need of
an information system that can assist all academic activities and to help college leaders in making the
decision to perform the development plan and realize the achievement of Higher Education. The purpose
of This research is to develop academic information system that already exists to be developed and be
integrated into a system of Integrated Academic. Integrated Academic Systems for this to happen
properly, there should be a planning process Starategis Academic system development based on a true
software engineering. Software development model used in this study is the model of Unifield Modeling
Language (UML).
